My family and I snorkeled on the last day of our trip. We ended up staying at the crater all day as Turtle Cove was murky. The company was awesome the entire time, completely hospitable and informative. We had Captain Spencer, Kirsten, and Emily. The food provided was absolutely delicious, the slide was the most fun. The crater has stunning views just under the water and the Captain gives the history behind it. Can't wait to come back again.

A perfect day and a perfect adventure. Emily was an exceptionally perfect gem and made us feel welcomed and comfortable to the fullest. I would highly recommend this adventure to anybody whether their a swimmer or non-swimmer. Two thumbs up.

Fantastic experience! Great boat, friendly crew, tasty sandwiches, beautiful views. Even got to see a turtle. Would for sure do this trip again next time around!

Saw several turtles! Crew was great even for beginners! Five right was not crowded. Good good and a lot of fun - would recommend.

Wonderful experience, combining whale, watching and wonderful snorkeling all in one. The crew were very friendly, and the captain was very knowledgeable. Would definitely do this trip again.

It was our first time snorkeling and we had a blast! Captain was super friendly and nice, guided us through everything. The crew was super helpful and answered any questions we had. They had every thing you could possibly need for your adventure, including wetsuits available for rent (only $10 I believe) but we didn’t need them, the water was so warm! They have all sorts of floatation devices so you don’t have to be a strong swimmer to enjoy the beautiful reef. We unfortunately didn’t see any turtles, but there were plenty of fish. On our way back to port we saw whales! Overall 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back.

The crew was fun and great. What is a bummer is all the information you receive says to check in 45 minutes ahead of sail time. We arrived at 45 minutes prior to sailing only to find out that they don't even begin check-in until a few minutes before boarding. A lot of wasted time sitting and waiting. We filled out all the online waivers prior to arriving only to check in and find that they didn't go through - as what happened with several others. That was frustrating for all of us - to have to do that all over again. The spot they took us for snorkeling was less windy, but not great for snorkeling. There were some fish, but not many and no Honus. :(

For the most part it was a good tour. we got pretty close to whales, about 200 yards or more in distance seeing as how its winter and the will be around a lot. the snorkeling location was kind of bland. doing an afternoon tour may not have been the best choice since sea turtles are out in the morning and none were around. Plenty of random fish. The captain and 2 crew were very friendly and helpful. good gear to use for the most part and lunch wasn't too shabby. Wish I brought my own snorkeling gear. I might be too adventurous for an average tour group for a general group of people. Good for families and big parties.

The two of us took the snorkelling along with Molokini 5 hour trip paying $ 364.93 including a booking fee of $ 27.03. We were excited about going to Molokini but were told that the ocean is rough and it was accepted by all of us as a helpless situation. It was drizzling that morning but it stopped within an hour. So after snorkelling for about 2 hours, most of us sat on the boat for 5 hours to pass by. On checking if we could go back early and get a refund on the fare, we were reminded of the disclaimer clauses. Accepted. The reason, I am pointing this out is because after the trip I went to Boss Frogs to pick up some rental swimming gears and met a few tourists who had done turtle town and Molokini crater by Calypso boat at the same time as us at a much cheaper rate. After hearing this, one does feel let down by Maui Snorkeling Lani Kai.
