- Full refunds are eligible with 24-hr notice. Less than 24-hr notice due to medical circumstances a doctor visit note may be required for a full refund.
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Maximum capacity is 145 passengers
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Secure your parking before check-in time as 3-hour free parking & pay parking lots are monitored for citations. All are within a few minutes walk to check-in point.
