Very beautiful hike, memorable experience. Our tour guide, Kana, was a blast. We learned the history of Kings Garden, and a lot about the local plant life.

We had an amazing tropical jungle experience without taking a 6-12 hour all day trip to do so! Kuna was an amazing guide and we learned so much about Hawaiian culture and the rainforest. Of course the benefit of the chocolate experience was an added cherry on top! Mahalo!

Arjuna was beyond phenomenal! He was the best tour guide weâve ever had with immense knowledge of the land and history and culture of the island and area we were in. He was very polite and thoughtful, catering to specific dietary needs and answering all and any questions happily. AHUIPO

Five star experience and highlight of our trip to Maui! The hike was a meandering moderate walk through the Kingâs Garden with our tour guide Kana who was highly knowledgable, hilarious, and punctuated the tour with trivia and âgame timeâ about Maui culture, history, fauna and flora, which made it entertaining, educational, and fun. Chocolate tasting and making were lovely features - whatâs not to love about a waterfall hike with chocolate? Highly recommend.
Great time in the Kingâs Garden

Went on the tour of the Kingâs Garden on 11/5 with tour guide Giva and LOVED IT! My husband and I learned so much about Hawaiian history and culture in addition to learning about the amazing plants of the rainforest. Our guide was amazing and funny and we also enjoyed the company of those on the tour (bonus!) It was very immersive as we were able to eat some citrus fruit along the way and we swung on vines. The chocolate tasting and making at the end was an added treat and so were the âchickensâ. Would definitely recommend this tour. Plus the money goes to a worthy cause.

We really enjoyed our time with Arjuna and River. Great hike through the rainforest (hint, bring a rain poncho -- it rained hard while we were out there). We loved learned about all the various plants. It was beautiful. And the waterfall as very cool. The chocolate tasting was pretty awesome too. We really enjoyed this experience.

Our guide was well versed on the subject matter and also entertaining. His name was Jiva. We learned so much while also enjoying ourselves!

Jiva, our guide, was excellent. He provide a large amount of information (historical; botanical; etc.) but in an extremely engaging way. It felt more like good storytelling rather than a lecture. Moreover, the chocolate making and tasting was fabulous. We enjoyed it thoroughly.
Fun, easy adventure

Super easy âhikeâ - was really a walk through the beautiful Hawaii jungle. Beautiful surroundings, loved hearing Al the details and stories of Hawaiian culture. Beautiful waterfall and the chocolate tasting at the end was great. We learned a lot and will be definitely be trying the recipes at home. The directions were a little vague but we made it.
Beautiful but not a hike

Our guide Kana was wonderful. He was so informed, interesting, personable, and funny. We would rate this activity five stars, except that it is not really a hike, it is a walk through a beautiful, botanical garden in the tropical rainforest. Itâs very beautiful and very magical, but really, not a hike.
The chocolate demonstration and tasting at the end was delicious and fun! We did enjoy our time there. It was also fun to get a taste of the road to Hana which you drive on a little bit on your way to get there.
