Lovely rainforest tour

We were looking for something different than the usual touristy attractions. This tour fit the bill. It is a lovely walk through the rainforest with tons of information shared about the flora and fauna as well as the history of the land by a fantastic guide.
For those saying it's not a hike, this is true, but do expect to traverse some uneven terrain. It was lightly raining on the day we went so some of the paths were a bit slippery.
Some of the earlier reviews mention swimming in the waterfalls. I think they have changed up their tour because we didn't get anywhere near the water. We did stop at one vantage point and take pictures of one, but don't go expecting to be up close to waterfalls.
The chocolate sampling is a nice way to conclude after the walking tour, but I think the real value of the tour is learning about the rainforest and the chocolate is just a bonus.
The scenery is absolutely stunning, and the experience is unique. My husband and I and our two teen boys all enjoyed it. We'd recommend it if you want an "off the beaten path" Maui experience.

Beautiful scenery, great guide and wonderful chocolate sampling. Only a half day time commitment, close to Hana .

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to King's Garden! The land is just beautiful, with lush jungle flora and fauna. Our guide Arjuna was very knowledgable and entertaining. The chocolate was amazing! Highly recommend this unique and beautiful experience.

When we told tour director that we were celebrating our 50th anniversary, he had us re-enact the Hawaiian commitment ceremony. We will never forget it. This was much more than we expected. Tour was great and chocolate was delicious! Highly recommend!

Memorable off the beaten path experience

This was a lot of fun. We got to learn about the Hawaiian culture, got immersed in the local botanical beauty and got to learn about chocolate. The group was very small and intimate which I appreciated. The guide was knowledgeable and made the experience even better. I was glad that he let us use some of his bug spray. It was very kind of him.
