Dave was great guide. My husband and i had such a great tow tank dive and it was probably one of our favorites we saw so much fish even turtles and a sea horse. The gear was great and dave did great on briefing before the dive and was really knowledgeable about all the sea life. We were very comfortable and i would highly recommend.
I can't recommend Harmony and her crew enough! They were amazing! We were a large group ranging from grandparents in their mid 70's to grandkids 11 and up and every variation of experience level. Between Harmony, Dave, Dillon and Anna, they were able to provide every person with the level of instruction, guidance or freedom that they needed. I felt safe diving with them and my children and they were able to show us all a good time ( and even some SEAHORSES!)
Amazing experience, we dove two days with Anna and Dave and did a night dive. Great dive briefings with a focus on local ecology. Wonderful guides who will give you any and all assistance you need to get comfortable and streamlined with your gear, and especially to have easy entries and exits. I am out of shape and was worried about getting fatigued with carrying gear etc., but I had a great time thanks to the care and attention given. I was never rushed and a helping hand was always available when I needed it. Personal service, most of our dives were a private, personalized experience. The last day we were with only one other diver. Dave and Anna are great divers and were easy going and just great to be around and talk with. Also gave great local recommendations to help us enjoy the rest of our vacation. Incredible amount of wildlife to see, we were lucky to see eight Spotted Eagle Rays on one dive. I had no idea so much was available from shore diving. Clear communication, you will know exactly where you need to be and when.
Got to see a white tipped reef shark up close as well as a few sea turtles! Also there were plenty of colorful fish and the swimming was quite enjoyable.
We went on a two tank shore dive, and our DM Anna was great! The tour was easy to book, and the staff were great with communication and answering any questions leading up to the dive. We were given the location of our dive with directions the day before, based on best conditions. We met up with the staff at Honolua Bay for 2 incredible shore dives. Although we had our own gear, the other two in our group had rental equipment that was in excellent condition. The dive briefing was thorough, and I appreciated the emphasis on both safety and conservation. I was trying out new gear and a brand new wetsuit, and Anna was very patient with me during the start of the dive/weight check, and made sure I was comfortable and had correct weight before starting the dive. We saw so many different things underwater, and I loved the small group. We were able to dive our tanks and had 2 one hour long dives with a very pleasant surface interval. Afterwards, we had the chance to talk with Harmony, and hear more about the conservation efforts they do. I will always support shops that encourage ocean stewardship both in the water and out. I cannot recommend Dive With Harmony enough, and we can’t wait to start planning our next trip back to Maui. A big thanks to Harmony, Anna, and the rest of the team!
My daughter and I, both newly certified divers, were met at the “old airport” beach by Anna, an outstanding, knowledgeable, and fun dive guide. The equipment was excellent with appropriate refresher instruction on basic safety. The shore entry was easy followed by exploration of a coral garden graced by turtles and eels. Our second dive was a north-to-south drift dive around Blackrock. The underwater songs of the whales were amazing! We saw several more turtles, 2 enormous moray eels, a white tip shark, and half a dozen seahorses nestled in a bed of seagrass! My daughter and I thought Anna was one of our favorite divemasters ever. What a lovely way to share precious time together!
