South Maui Shore Dive

This excursion is designed for people who are certified divers. We will meet at one of the lovely dive sites located in the Wailea/Makena area of South Maui. We will have a safety briefing, and afterwards go out on an underwater adventure. Highlights of dives here include turtles, rays, sharks, eels, crustaceans, and lots of tropical fish and reefs. Pictures of your excursion are included. A second dive at a second dive site may be added as well for a fee.

- YOUTH: : 12 - 17
- ADULT: : 18 - 80
- All client shoe sizes MUST be advised at time of booking
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Evidence of dive certification is required from all divers wishing to participate in a certified dive
- Guides required to regularly wash hands
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Regular temperature checks for staff
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- All client heights MUST be advised at time of booking
- All client weights MUST be advised at time of booking
- Diving within 24 hours of flying is not recommended.
- Gear/equipment sanitised between use
- Hand sanitiser available to travellers and staff
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Regularly sanitised high-traffic areas
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Michael knows the area very well and is able to find things you expect to see before the dive(reef sharks, rays erc.). Pictures and videos from him are also great.

Great experience. The shore conditions were terrible due to some storms so they booked us a boat dive instead at no extra cost, which was amazing. Michael is an awesome dive guide and took great care of us. Nothing to worry about except to have fun. I would use them again and again.

I loved my dive experience with Never Dry Divers. Jennie and Michael are the best to work with. They both really helped me to be compfortable in the water so I could get my certification. I highly recommend them for diving on Maui!

Jennie leads all the scheduling and was great to work with. She even encouraged my two daughters to get certified since they were going on 2 dives, which they did. Mike was an amazing instructor and dive guide. They are husband and wife and own NeverDry so you get the best treatment. He was easy going, fun, and took pictures for us, which he emailed at no cost! Would recommend to anyone diving on Maui!

Michael is the best. If you are coming to Maui and want to dive. Call him. He will give you the best advice for diving anywhere on the island. If you want to shore dive near wailea / Makena or go on a boat trip to the Molokini crater Michael will help you.
