Quin, our driver, did an amazing job of driving, narrating and hosting our tour! We will refer our friends to VIATOR excursions.
Hana in a Mercedes Benz van is the best way to go!

In my opinion, this is the best way to visit Hana. Caia was our driver/guide and she was fantastic. She was born and raised in Hana and not only did she know how to drive the road there and back but she also knew the culture and spectacular features of Hana and the surrounding area! I would give Caia 10+ stars if I could!
Book for sure!

I would book this tour just to be driven around by Quinn! He was outstanding elevated the tour significantly. Everyone was professional, communicative, and friendly. Very nice tour if you want to see Hana. Like Quinn says we were grateful he was the one driving.
Worth it!

So much fun and great tour guide! Definitely glad we booked this instead of driving it ourselves. We learned a lot about the island also from the tour guide.
Great overview of the Road to Hana. Use it as a springboard for ideas of places to go back and explore

I really enjoyed the scenery. Although a lot of time was spent driving to the spots where we stopped, there was so much beauty along the way. It was a good overview of places I’d like to go back and spend more time exploring. Eric was a skilled driver, navigating the very narrow, and sometimes unpaved, roads. He was also full of interesting information and stories about Hawaiian and Maui history.
Stunning scenery

My husband and I enjoyed this tour very much and were so glad we didn't attempt to drive this road ourselves! Our tour guide Quinn was amazing. Excellent driver and he has a wealth of knowledge about the island. You can tell he is very passionate about sharing the history of this beautiful place. We had a good amount of stops and photo opportunities and a very tasty fresh lunch. A long day but worth every minute. A must do tour. Thanks you!
Beautiful educational experience

Quinn, our driver, was a wealth of Hawaiian knowledge. I don't think he stopped dropping the information until he dropped us off.
A Must See

Our driver, Richard, was on-time at our pickup area. He was friendly congenial, informative and funny. The Black Sand Beach, where we had lunch at the park, is incredibly beautiful. Remember your Beach shoes as the Sand is coarse. So worth it...we were going to drive but would have missed alot.
Amazing

Richard was very knowledgeable and shared many stories along the way, including a few local stops. One of our favorite stops was Black Sands Beach.
Amazing trip, amazing guide

The trip was incredible. The van is spacious and well air conditioned, and it arrived right on time. Our guide Eric was very accommodating - he was able to adjust our tour according to the weather and make sure we saw all of the best sites during the rain-free hours of the day. Highly recommend for an informative and stress free experience of the Road to Hana.
Enjoy the Journey! Road to Hana

I believe Bryan was our guide. He was wonderful. Full of helpful information, but also times of quiet and local music on the backside of the island. The stops were beautiful! Especially the beach!
Definitely worth it!

It was an awesome experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable - made sure we were safe and comfortable and also very entertaining!
Great trip and worth it if you’ve never done it before!
Melissa H, 08-01-2023
Great trip and a good chance to see parts of the island especially if it’s your first time to Maui. Be aware it’s about 10 hours long and much of your view and what you see is along the way through the van windows. The stops were beautiful and worth it! Our kids were 18, 17 and 12 and at the end of our trip they all said this was one of their favorite excursions. We wouldn’t have wanted to drive it ourselves the first time.
Amazing adventure

Our guide was very knowledgeable of the history. Amazing views along the way. Unfortunately was not able to take photos, windows didn't role down and the were dirty. Too many people on the ride can't lean over people to capture a photo. Was not worth the price of the trip, could of went with other tour co for half the price.
